Schools colleges and banks holiday on June 6 and 7

Schools colleges and banks holiday: Banks, including school and colleges across the country, have been declared holidays for many reasons, including local festivals since the beginning of the year, and have been serving the holidays for students. On June 6 and 7, has been announced school and college and banks holiday in background of Bakrid festival.

School, college and bank will closed on June 6 in Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Imphal, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, New Delhi, Kohinpur, Panaji, Patna, Ranchi.

School, college and bank will closed on June 7 in Agartala, Aizwal, Belapur, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswara, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Imphal, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, New Delhi, and Srinagar.

There are a total of five special holidays in June 2025. According to the RBI’s list of holidays, apart from the holidays on June 6 and June 7, banks will be closed on June 11 due to Sant Guru Kabir Jayanti/Saga Dawa, June 27 due to Rath Yatra/Kang (Rath Jatra) and June 30 due to Remna Ni.
