SBI Foundation has launched the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship Programme 2026–27.

To support meritorious students from economically weaker families in pursuing their educational dreams, SBI Foundation has launched the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship Programme 2026–27. SBI Asha Scholarship 2026–27 up to Rs 20 Lakh: Eligibility, Benefits and other details.
Under this initiative, students across different educational levels—from school to higher education abroad—can receive annual scholarships ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,00,000.
The SBI Asha Scholarship Programme is a part of the SBI Foundation’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Its primary objective is to provide financial assistance to deserving students facing economic challenges, enabling them to continue their education without financial constraints.
Scholarship Amount:
Class 9 to Class 12 students: Up to Rs 15,000
Undergraduate (UG) students: Up to Rs 75,000
Postgraduate (PG) students: Up to Rs 2,50,000
MBBS students: Up to Rs 4,50,000
IIT students: Up to Rs 2,00,000
IIM students: Up to Rs 5,00,000
Students pursuing postgraduate or higher studies abroad (eligible categories): Up to Rs 20,00,000 per year
SBI Asha Scholarship 2026–27 Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
Must be an Indian citizen.
Must have secured at least 75% marks or a 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.
Relaxation in minimum marks is available for SC/ST students, as per the scholarship guidelines.
The annual family income must fall within the prescribed limit for the respective scholarship category.
Applicants must be enrolled in the relevant course at a recognized institution.

Applicants are generally required to submit the following documents:
Aadhaar Card or any other government-issued identity proof
Recent passport-size photograph
Previous academic mark sheet
Admission or enrollment proof
Family income certificate
Bank account details
Caste certificate (if applicable)
