Dr. Nagesh NV Awarded Honorary Doctorate by Yoga University of the Americas
Dr. Nagesh NV: In a prestigious academic recognition, Dr. Nagesh N. V. Ph.D. was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the Yoga University of the Americas (YUVA), Florida, USA- an American religious university accredited to the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP-USA).
The ceremony took place at YUVA’s 9th Convocation held in Bengaluru, graced by the presence of the University President and members of the Academic Council. The award acknowledges Dr. Nagesh’s exceptional contributions to Brahma Kumaris Raja yoga meditation research, spiritual education, and dialogue on inner transformation.
A native of Nallur, Chikkamagalur, Dr. Nagesh has devoted over 41 years to the spiritual path as a celibate practitioner and a regular student of the Brahma Kumaris, currently serving at the Education wing of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RE&RF) at Brahma Kumaris global headquarters in Mount Abu.
He holds a Ph.D. in Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Meditation, has authored over 30 peer reviewed research articles, and previously served as Senior Deputy Director at Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF). Presently, he mentors students as Senior Professor at Manipur International University and CARE University, focusing on yogic Science and values-based leadership.

I accept it as a sacred reminder of our duty to serve humanity with peace, purity, and purpose.”
