Child PAN Card: Many people think that a Permanent account number (PAN card) is more needed when growing and getting a job. But do you know that PAN cards are also made for kids? It is called a Minor PAN card, which is given to children and adolescents under the age of 18.

According to reports, it is mainly used for financial transactions, opening children’s bank accounts or making any investment in their name. There is no photo on the children’s PAN card. Signatures are not even made. When the child completes 18 years, the same PAN card is updated.

How to make a child’s PAN card online:

Find the NSDL website by visiting Google on your phone or laptop.

You should go to select the application category and select the personal option.

After this, the child needs to enter the full name, date of birth, mobile number and email id.

You will need to submit the details to enter the captcha code.

After submitting the details, you get the token number.

After that you should continue with the Pan App Form and click the telephone.

Then you have to link Aadhaar details. With this, you must provide parental details, upload income information and required documents.

Finally, the required fee has to be paid, then the PAN card will be delivered to your address within the next 15 days.

Once the PAN card is ready, it can also be downloaded.

It is important to note here that the entire process is done under the supervision of parents because the child cannot apply for a PAN card. To get a PAN card made for the child, mainly requires proof of his identity, proof of age and address. Identity proof includes Aadhaar card, passport, ration card etc.

The Aadhaar card is the most common, you can use it. Aadhaar card can be issued as an address proof. If you want, you can attach a residence certificate. If you ask for a birth certificate, give it too.

Making a PAN card will not cost much more. If you apply online, you will work for about 101 rupees. Many people serve the work by going to the nearest cyber cafe or John Seva center, where about 200 rupees are worked. Within 15 days of submitting the application, the PAN card will be delivered to your given address.
