Step to check the status of your PM Kisan installment:

1. Official PM Kisan Website (Recommended):

Visit the official website: Go to pmkisan.gov.in.

Go to “Farmers Corner”: On the homepage, look for a section called “Farmers Corner.”

Click on “Know Your Status” (or “Beneficiary Status”): Within the Farmers Corner, you will find an option to check your status.

Enter your details: You will typically have a few options to check your status:

Aadhaar Number: This is a common and easy method. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.

Bank Account Number: You can also use your bank account number linked to your PM Kisan account.

Mobile Number: If your mobile number is registered with PM Kisan, you can use it.

Enter Captcha and Get OTP: After entering your details, you’ll need to enter a captcha code for verification. Then, click on “Get Mobile OTP” or “Get OTP” (depending on the option you chose).

Enter OTP and View Status: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number. Once verified, your installment status will be displayed, showing details like whether the payment has been credited, is pending, or if there are any issues.

2. Check the Beneficiary List:

You can also check if your name is on the beneficiary list:

Visit pmkisan.gov.in.

Go to “Farmers Corner” and then “Beneficiary List.”

Select your State, District, Sub-District, Block, and Village.

Click “Get Report” to see the list of beneficiaries from your area. This will confirm if you are eligible, but not necessarily the payment status of a particular installment.

Important Points to Ensure You Receive the Installment:

e-KYC Completion: It is crucial to complete your e-KYC. Many farmers’ installments get stuck because of incomplete e-KYC. You can do this online on the PM Kisan website using your Aadhaar and OTP, or by visiting a nearby CSC (Common Service Center).

Aadhaar-Bank Account Linking: Ensure your Aadhaar card is linked to the bank account where you wish to receive the PM Kisan funds. This is a mandatory requirement for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Correct Bank Details: Double-check that your bank account number and IFSC code registered with PM Kisan are correct and that the account is active.

Land Records: Make sure your land records are updated and verified. Any discrepancies here can cause issues.

Mobile Number Update: Keep your mobile number updated in the PM Kisan records, as you will receive important alerts and OTPs on it.
