Infinix HOT 70 Pro Launched With 144Hz Display And 6000mAh Battery

Infinix has expanded its smartphone range in India with the launch of the HOT 70 Pro. The new model has been positioned in the midrange segment and brings a combination of a high refresh rate display, large battery and 5G capable processor.

The phone is designed with younger buyers in mind, according to the company. Infinix has focused not only on hardware but also on the appearance of the device, introducing what it calls the Dynamic Shine Design.

The design is based on the company’s Living Design concept, with different finishes created to produce changing visual effects depending on lighting, temperature or viewing angle. Infinix has introduced the phone in four colour options named Thermo Orange, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple and Dive Blue.

The Thermo Orange version uses a thermochromic finish that can change its appearance with temperature changes. Mirage Green is designed to react to ultraviolet light and can glow in darker surroundings. Silk Glow Purple has a texture that appears different depending on the viewing angle, while Dive Blue comes with a matte finish.

The phone measures up to 7.85mm in thickness. Infinix has also focused on keeping the exterior smooth, aiming to make the device comfortable to hold during everyday use.

On the front, the HOT 70 Pro features a display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate should make scrolling, animations and supported games appear smoother compared with conventional lower refresh rate panels.

Another feature highlighted by Infinix is the Active Matrix Cube. The company has designed this feature to add a more interactive element to the smartphone experience and complement the overall visual design of the device.

Photography is handled by a 50MP Sony camera system. The camera setup is aimed at users who regularly take everyday photos and create content for social media. The company has placed particular emphasis on making the camera suitable for casual photography and content creation.

Performance comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor. With 5G connectivity, the chipset is designed to handle regular smartphone tasks, multitasking and gaming. The processor also gives the phone a modern connectivity option for users looking to keep the device for several years.

Battery capacity is another strong point of the HOT 70 Pro. The phone comes with a 6000mAh battery and supports 45W FastCharge technology. The combination of a large battery and faster charging is aimed at users who spend considerable time on their phones throughout the day.

Infinix has also given the device an IP68 rating. This provides protection against dust and water exposure within the limits of the certification and adds another layer of durability for everyday use.

The HOT 70 Pro is available in two configurations. The options include 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. The company has announced a launch offer under which the phone can be purchased from Rs 22,999 on Day One.
