Vivo has officially started sales of the X300 Ultra and X300 FE in India with bank discounts, flagship cameras, powerful processors, fast charging support and advanced display technology for users.

Vivo has officially opened sales for its latest flagship smartphones, the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE, in the Indian market. The company had introduced both devices earlier this month, and buyers can now purchase them through Vivo’s official website as well as major online platforms. Along with the launch, Vivo is also offering instant bank discounts, making the new smartphones more attractive for premium smartphone buyers.
Customers purchasing either smartphone using SBI Bank or Axis Bank cards can avail up to 10 percent instant discount under the introductory offer. The company is targeting users looking for flagship level performance, advanced camera systems and high end display technology in both models.
The Vivo X300 Ultra arrives as the premium model in the lineup. The smartphone is priced at Rs 1,59,999 for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. Vivo has focused heavily on photography and performance with this device. It features a large 6.82 inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support and a sharp 3168 x 1440 pixel resolution. The display is designed to deliver smooth visuals and vibrant colors for gaming, streaming and productivity tasks.
Powering the Vivo X300 Ultra is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with Android 16 based OriginOS 6. The company has equipped the phone with a powerful rear camera setup that includes a 200 megapixel primary sensor, a 200 megapixel periscope telephoto lens and a 50 megapixel ultra wide camera. On the front, users get a 50 megapixel selfie camera for video calls and social media photography.
Vivo has also packed the X300 Ultra with modern connectivity options including 5G, Wi Fi, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS, USB Type C 3.2 and OTG support. Despite carrying flagship grade hardware, the phone maintains a slim profile with a thickness of 8.19mm and weighs 237 grams.
The Vivo X300 FE has also started attracting attention among users looking for a compact flagship experience. The smartphone comes in two storage variants. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model is priced at Rs 79,999, while the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant costs Rs 89,999.
The X300 FE features a 6.31 inch LTPO AMOLED Full HD Plus display with 120Hz refresh rate support and up to 5000 nits peak brightness. Vivo has powered this device with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, offering flagship level performance in a relatively smaller form factor.
Photography remains a major highlight of the X300 FE as well. The device includes a 50 megapixel main camera, an 8 megapixel ultra wide sensor and a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto lens. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone carries a 50 megapixel front camera.
One of the standout features of the Vivo X300 FE is its large 6500mAh battery. The phone supports 90W fast charging along with 40W wireless charging support, which is expected to provide convenience for users who rely heavily on their devices throughout the day.
Vivo has also included features like Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, 5G support, GPS and USB Type C connectivity in the X300 FE. The smartphone weighs 191 grams and comes with a slim 7.99mm design, making it easier to handle despite the large battery.
With the X300 Ultra and X300 FE now available for purchase, Vivo is aiming to strengthen its position in the premium smartphone segment by offering powerful hardware, advanced camera technology and attractive launch benefits for Indian consumers.
