Itel A300C Launches in India With 6000mAh Battery

Itel A300C brings 6000mAh battery, 90Hz display and Android 16 Go Edition to budget buyers in India, while offering expandable storage, virtual RAM and durable design at an affordable price.

Itel has added a new smartphone to its affordable A series lineup in India with the launch of the Itel A300C. The new 4G handset is aimed at budget conscious buyers and combines a large battery with a display offering a higher refresh rate.

The Itel A300C is priced at Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model. The smartphone is being sold through online retail platforms as well as offline stores, giving customers multiple options to purchase the device.

One of the main attractions of the new phone is its 6000mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging and is designed to provide longer usage between charges. For buyers who spend a lot of time away from a charging point, the large battery could be one of the more noticeable features of the handset.

The phone uses a 6.56 inch HD Plus display with a resolution of 720 by 1612 pixels. The panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate, which can make scrolling through menus and compatible content appear smoother than a standard 60Hz screen.

Powering the Itel A300C is the Unisoc T7100 chipset. The octa core processor operates at up to 2.2GHz and is paired with a Mali G57 MP1 graphics processor. The handset comes with 4GB of physical RAM, while virtual memory expansion can increase the available memory to a claimed 12GB.

Storage should not be a major limitation for users who need additional space. The phone has 64GB of built in storage and supports a microSD card with expansion of up to 2TB.

Software is another notable part of the package. The Itel A300C runs Android 16 Go Edition, which is designed for smartphones with more modest hardware. The lighter software environment is intended to provide a practical experience on an entry level device.

Photography is handled by a basic camera setup. The rear panel carries an 8 megapixel primary camera accompanied by an LED flash. A 5 megapixel camera is provided on the front for selfies and video calls.

The handset also includes a side mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric security. Other connectivity features include dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS and a USB Type C port.

Itel has also retained a 3.5mm audio jack on the phone, giving users the option of connecting compatible wired headphones without an adapter. DTS sound support is included as part of the audio experience.

Durability is another area where the A300C receives attention. The smartphone carries MIL STD 810H certification, which is associated with testing against certain environmental and durability conditions. The certification does not mean the phone is completely resistant to damage, but it adds another feature to the budget device.

The company is also offering a free screen replacement warranty during the first 100 days, according to the launch information. Buyers should check the applicable warranty terms and conditions before relying on the benefit.

The combination of a 6000mAh battery, 90Hz display and expandable storage gives the Itel A300C a practical focus rather than concentrating only on headline specifications. Its Android 16 Go Edition software and virtual memory feature further position it toward everyday users looking for basic smartphone functionality.

At Rs 10,999, the A300C enters a price segment where battery capacity, storage flexibility and day to day usability can matter as much as camera performance. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration provides the starting point, while the microSD slot gives users an option to add substantially more storage later.

The Itel A300C is therefore positioned as an entry level 4G smartphone with a large battery, smoother display refresh rate and several practical features. Its availability through both online and offline channels also gives buyers flexibility when purchasing the new handset.
