OnePlus has launched the Ace 6 Ultra in China featuring a Dimensity 9500 chip 8600mAh battery 165Hz AMOLED display and high speed charging aimed at performance users and long lasting smartphone experience seekers

OnePlus has expanded its Ace lineup with the launch of the new Ace 6 Ultra in China, a device that clearly focuses on performance heavy users and long battery life seekers. The smartphone brings together a large battery, high refresh rate display and a powerful chipset, positioning itself strongly in the upper mid range segment.

At the heart of the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with up to 16GB RAM options depending on the variant. OnePlus has designed this phone for users who expect smooth multitasking and gaming performance without compromise. The phone also runs on Android 16 based ColorOS 16, giving it a fresh software experience.

Interestingly, the highlight feature that stands out immediately is the massive 8600mAh battery. This is one of the largest batteries seen in a mainstream smartphone and is supported by 120W fast charging, which helps reduce downtime significantly. The company is clearly targeting users who need extended usage without frequent charging breaks.

On the front, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra features a 6.78 inch AMOLED display with 165Hz refresh rate and high brightness levels reaching up to 1800 nits. The screen is built for smooth visuals whether you are gaming, streaming or simply scrolling through apps, offering a premium viewing experience.

Camera performance is also part of the package. The device comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50 megapixel primary sensor with autofocus and f 1.8 aperture along with an 8 megapixel ultra wide lens. On the front, a 16 megapixel camera handles selfies and video calls, keeping the setup simple but functional.

Pricing in China starts at CNY 3499 for the base 12GB and 256GB variant, going up to CNY 5099 for the top 16GB and 1TB model. In Indian currency, the range roughly falls between 48,400 rupees to around 70,600 rupees depending on configuration. The phone is available in Ace Awakening and Metal Storm color options.

Connectivity features include full support for 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and USB Type C, making it ready for modern usage needs. Security is handled by an in display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, adding a layer of convenience and speed for unlocking.

Despite its strong hardware focus, the device also maintains a practical design approach with a weight of around 217 grams and a balanced form factor. The overall package suggests that OnePlus is trying to blend endurance and performance in a single device without over complicating the user experience.

With the Ace 6 Ultra, OnePlus seems to be reinforcing its position in the performance centric smartphone segment, especially for users who value battery life and raw power more than anything else.
