Vivo launches its premium X300 Ultra smartphone featuring advanced camera system, powerful Snapdragon chipset, large battery and high end display, targeting photography enthusiasts and performance focused users worldwide

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has officially introduced its latest flagship, the Vivo X300 Ultra, in China. The device arrives with a strong emphasis on imaging capabilities, combining high resolution sensors with top tier performance hardware.
The highlight of the smartphone is its advanced camera setup. Vivo has equipped the device with a triple rear camera system led by two 200 megapixel sensors. One serves as the primary camera with a 35mm focal length, while the other is a periscope telephoto lens designed for long range photography. A 50 megapixel ultra wide camera completes the setup, while the front houses a 50 megapixel selfie shooter with screen flash support. This configuration positions the device as a serious contender for mobile photography enthusiasts.
Adding to its camera capabilities, Vivo has also introduced dedicated telephoto accessories. The Big Gun 400 teleconverter enables extended zoom with up to 400mm focal length and high resolution output, while the Lipstick 200 teleconverter offers a more compact option with improved stabilization and multiple shooting modes. These accessories are aimed at users seeking DSLR like flexibility from a smartphone.
On the performance side, the Vivo X300 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor built on a 3 nanometer architecture, paired with the Adreno 840 GPU. The device supports up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and offers storage options reaching 1TB with UFS 4.1 technology. It runs on Android 16 based OriginOS 6, delivering a modern software experience.
The smartphone features a large 6.82 inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and responsive interactions. The premium display is designed to enhance both multimedia consumption and everyday usage.
Battery performance is another major focus. The device houses a 7000mAh battery, supported by 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, allowing users to quickly power up despite the large capacity.
In terms of design and durability, the phone includes an in display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and offers multiple connectivity features such as 5G, WiFi and Bluetooth support. Depending on the variant, the device measures between 8.19mm and 8.49mm in thickness and weighs up to 237 grams.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is available in several configurations, starting at 6999 yuan for the base model, while the top end variant with satellite communication support is priced at 8999 yuan. It comes in color options including green, silver and black.
With its combination of cutting edge camera technology, powerful internals and premium design, the Vivo X300 Ultra represents Vivo’s continued push into the high end smartphone segment, appealing to users who demand both performance and professional grade photography features.
