Google Pixel 11 Pro Is Cheaper Abroad, With Savings Across Five Countries

Google has launched its Pixel 11 lineup across several markets, with the Pixel 11 Pro and Pixel 11 Pro XL positioned as the premium models in the series. While the phones carry similar specifications, their prices differ considerably from one country to another.

For Indian buyers planning an overseas purchase, Canada currently stands out as the most affordable market among the countries compared. The Pixel 11 Pro is priced at around CAD 1,499, which works out to approximately Rs 1,02,400. The Pixel 11 Pro XL costs about CAD 1,799, or nearly Rs 1,23,000.

In India, the starting prices are Rs 1,19,999 for the Pixel 11 Pro and Rs 1,34,999 for the Pixel 11 Pro XL. This means buyers in Canada could save roughly Rs 17,599 on the Pro model and around Rs 11,999 on the Pro XL.

Japan also offers a sizeable price difference. The Pixel 11 Pro costs about JPY 174,800, equivalent to nearly Rs 1,04,500. The Pro XL is priced at around JPY 207,800, or approximately Rs 1,24,200. Compared with Indian prices, the savings are close to Rs 15,499 and Rs 10,799 respectively.

The United States is another market where the Pixel 11 Pro series costs less than in India. The Pixel 11 Pro starts at around 1,099 dollars, translating to nearly Rs 1,04,800. The Pixel 11 Pro XL is priced at about 1,299 dollars, or roughly Rs 1,23,900.

Based on these figures, the US price is around Rs 15,199 lower for the Pixel 11 Pro and approximately Rs 11,099 lower for the Pro XL when compared with India.

Taiwan is also worth considering. The Pixel 11 Pro is priced at around NT$36,990, equivalent to approximately Rs 1,09,700. The Pro XL costs about NT$42,990, or nearly Rs 1,27,500. That translates into savings of roughly Rs 10,299 and Rs 7,499 respectively compared with Indian prices.

Malaysia offers a smaller advantage. The Pixel 11 Pro costs around RM 4,999, which comes to nearly Rs 1,16,400. That is about Rs 3,599 below its Indian starting price. However, the Pixel 11 Pro XL does not offer the same advantage, with India remaining cheaper in the comparison.

The pricing gap becomes interesting for buyers because the Pixel 11 Pro series brings several high end features, including advanced camera capabilities, powerful processing and new AI based functions. Google has also highlighted up to 120x zoom and new AI camera tools as key features of the latest Pro models.

However, overseas pricing does not automatically mean a better deal. Buyers should also consider taxes, warranty coverage, regional variants, exchange rates and possible import costs before deciding to purchase the phone outside India.
