Nandini sets record Rs 46 crore festive sales, marks highest-ever turnover in KMF history

Nandini: Pride, the “Nandini” brand, has set a new record during the Dasara-Diwali festive season. Known not only for its milk products but also for curd, ghee, and sweets, Nandini has won widespread consumer appreciation.

According to a report from KMF (Karnataka Milk Federation), the brand sold 1,000 metric tonnes of sweet products during the festival period, generating a total turnover of Rs 46.00 crore. This marks a 38% increase compared to last year’s Rs 33.48 crore, making it the highest-ever festival-season turnover in KMF’s history.

To meet the high demand, all member milk unions collaborated and prepared in advance, offering over 40 varieties of sweet products.

Established over five decades ago, KMF plays a key role in Karnataka’s dairy sector, collecting an average of 1 crore liters of milk daily from farmers. About 65 lakh liters of milk, curd, and UHT products are supplied to markets within and outside the state every day.

The Nandini brand, with over 175 products including milk, ghee, paneer, sweets, powdered milk, and beverages, is successfully marketed across the state, neighboring states, and even some international markets.

The purity, quality, and affordability of Nandini products have made it a trusted household name. This record achievement reflects not only the brand’s commitment to quality but also the dedication and cooperative strength of Karnataka’s dairy farmers.
