Vivo X300s Debuts With 200MP Camera and Massive 7100mAh Battery
Vivo unveils its latest flagship smartphone featuring advanced imaging technology, powerful processor, large battery and premium display, targeting users who prioritize photography, performance and long lasting usage in one device

At a recent spring launch event in China, Vivo introduced its newest flagship, the Vivo X300s, bringing a strong focus on camera innovation and battery performance. The device is now open for pre orders, with sales scheduled to begin in early April.
The smartphone stands out primarily for its advanced camera system. It features a 200 megapixel primary sensor supported by optical image stabilization, along with a 50 megapixel ultra wide lens and a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The setup is enhanced by Zeiss optics and Vivo’s proprietary V3 plus imaging chip, aimed at delivering sharper images and improved video capabilities. A 50 megapixel front camera is also included for high quality selfies and video calls.
Performance is another major highlight. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor built on a 3 nanometer architecture, paired with a Mali G1 Ultra GPU. It is available in configurations offering up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and as much as 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, making it suitable for heavy multitasking and demanding applications.
The display on the Vivo X300s is designed to match its flagship positioning. It comes with a 6.78 inch AMOLED panel featuring 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Additional features such as HDR10 plus support, high peak brightness and advanced dimming technologies aim to improve both clarity and eye comfort during extended use.
Battery life is another area where the device aims to set itself apart. It houses a large 7100mAh battery, supported by 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Reverse wireless charging is also included, allowing the phone to power other compatible devices when needed.
On the durability front, the smartphone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering resistance against dust and water. It also features an in display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers and enhanced audio support, adding to the overall premium experience.
In terms of connectivity, the device supports 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and a USB Type C port. Despite its large battery, the phone maintains a relatively slim profile, measuring around 8mm in thickness and weighing 217 grams.
Alongside the smartphone, Vivo also introduced the Vivo G2 Teleconverter, a dedicated photography accessory aimed at enhancing mobile zoom capabilities. Designed with a complex optical structure and Zeiss APO standards, the accessory is optimized for capturing detailed long range shots and portrait videos.
The Vivo X300s is priced starting at 4999 yuan for the base variant, while higher configurations go up to 6999 yuan, positioning it firmly in the premium smartphone category. With its combination of cutting edge camera technology, powerful hardware and large battery, the device is expected to attract users looking for a feature rich flagship experience.
