Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G Sells Out Within Hours Of First Flipkart Sale

Lava Virat V1 Pro 5G has made an impressive start in the Indian market. The homegrown smartphone brand has confirmed that its new 5G device went out of stock only a few hours after its first sale began on Flipkart on August 31.

The quick sellout has added to the attention around Lava’s Virat series. Earlier, the Lava Virat V1 5G and Lava Virat V1 had also reportedly sold out on their first launch day in July. The company is now working with Flipkart to bring the device back into stock, giving customers who missed the first sale another opportunity to purchase it.

The Virat V1 Pro 5G was introduced with a starting offer price of Rs 13,999. The smartphone comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Users can also expand the storage by up to 1TB with a microSD card.

One of the biggest attractions of the phone is its 6000mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging through a USB Type C connection, making the device particularly appealing to users who prefer a larger battery for everyday use.

Photography is handled by a 50MP AI rear camera, while an 8MP camera is provided on the front for selfies and video calls. Lava has included several AI based camera features aimed at improving everyday photography and helping users get better results in different situations.

The smartphone also comes with a 6.75 inch HD Plus display. Its 120Hz refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling and animations compared with conventional 60Hz screens.

For performance, Lava has equipped the Virat V1 Pro 5G with the UNISOC T8200 processor. The phone also supports 5G connectivity, giving buyers access to faster mobile networks where compatible services are available.

Software is another area where Lava has tried to keep the experience simple. The Virat V1 Pro 5G runs on Android 16 and comes with a cleaner interface without a large collection of unnecessary preinstalled applications.

The handset also features Lava’s Vayu AI companion. The company has designed the assistant to provide smart functions and help users with a range of everyday tasks.
