Fresh leaks suggest Apple may raise iPhone 18 Pro series prices while introducing a faster A20 Pro chip advanced AI features improved cameras larger batteries and a refined display experience.

Apple’s next premium smartphone lineup is already creating excitement months before its expected debut. While the company has not officially confirmed any details about the iPhone 18 Pro series, multiple leaks have started painting a clearer picture of what buyers could expect. Reports indicate that Apple is focusing more on performance, artificial intelligence, camera improvements and battery life rather than making dramatic changes to the overall design.

One of the biggest talking points is the expected increase in pricing. According to recent reports, the iPhone 18 Pro could arrive with a higher price tag than its predecessor as Apple continues investing in advanced hardware and AI capabilities. Rising memory costs and the growing demand for on device artificial intelligence are also believed to be contributing factors behind the possible price hike.

For Indian buyers, leaked information suggests the base variant of the iPhone 18 Pro could be priced at around Rs 139900. The 256GB version may cost approximately Rs 144900. Meanwhile, the larger iPhone 18 Pro Max is expected to start at nearly Rs 154900. If these figures turn out to be accurate, the new models would cost noticeably more than the current generation.

Similar expectations have emerged for the United States market. Reports claim the iPhone 18 Pro could launch with a starting price of about 1099 dollars, while the Pro Max version may begin at around 1499 dollars. Apple has not commented on these reports, so the final pricing will only become clear at launch.

Performance is expected to receive one of the biggest upgrades. The iPhone 18 Pro series is tipped to feature Apple’s new A20 Pro processor, which is said to be built using TSMC’s advanced 2nm manufacturing process. This next generation chipset could deliver faster processing speeds, improved graphics performance and significantly better power efficiency. It is also expected to enhance AI related tasks, making everything from gaming to video editing and multitasking smoother.

Artificial intelligence is likely to play a much larger role in the upcoming devices. The phones are expected to run iOS 27 with an expanded set of Apple Intelligence features. Leaks suggest users may see a smarter version of Siri along with upgraded writing tools, intelligent summaries, advanced photo editing and faster on device AI processing. These enhancements are expected to improve everyday productivity without relying heavily on cloud based computing.

Display technology may remain familiar in terms of size, with the iPhone 18 Pro reportedly featuring a 6.3 inch screen while the Pro Max could retain its 6.9 inch display. However, Apple is said to be reducing the size of the Dynamic Island, giving users more usable screen space and a cleaner viewing experience.

Photography enthusiasts may also have plenty to look forward to. Although the overall camera layout is expected to remain similar, Apple is reportedly testing manual variable aperture technology for the Pro models. This feature could allow users to control background blur more effectively while improving image quality in low light conditions. The upgrade may also offer greater flexibility for professional style photography.

Battery life could also receive a meaningful boost. According to well known industry leaks, the iPhone 18 Pro Max may include a battery with a capacity of up to 5500mAh for select markets. Combined with the efficiency improvements of the A20 Pro chip, users could experience longer usage between charges.

Despite the growing number of leaks, Apple has yet to announce the iPhone 18 Pro series officially. Until then, all specifications, pricing details and features should be considered preliminary. Even so, the latest reports suggest that the upcoming flagship lineup could focus on delivering smarter AI capabilities, stronger performance, improved photography and longer battery life while introducing a premium price to match its upgraded hardware.
