Karnataka SSLC Exam 2025: Grace marks policy cancelled
Karnataka SSLC Exam 2025: Last month the Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board (KSEAB) has released the provisional date for the Karnataka SSLC 2025 examinations on the official KSEAB website at kseab.karnataka.gov.in. Today Karnataka Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa said that grace marks were cancelled this year.
Speaking to reporters, the minister said that the 10 % grace marks was cancelled during previous Covid-19. The state government has decided to abolish the grace marks system for Students in 10th Class (SSLC) exams this year.

Talking about the issue of allowing SSLC students to allow Hijab, the minister said the Hijab controversy is currently in court, not settled yet. He said the decision would be taken to discuss the matter with the Home Minister.
On December 2, 2024 Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board (KSEAB) has released the provisional date for the Karnataka SSLC 2025 examinations. Students appearing for the SSLC board exams in the state can access the complete datesheet from the below article.

The 10th class exams will start on March 20, 2025 and end on April 2, 2025.
