CBSE Board announced 2025-26 Mid-term date sheet

CBSE Board: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) does not issue a centralized date sheet for mid-term or half-yearly exams. These exams are considered internal and are conducted by individual schools. The date sheet and schedule are set by the school administration, which is why the dates can vary from one school to another.

Mid-Term Period: The mid-term exams are typically held in September-October of each academic year. Many schools aim to conclude these exams before the Dussehra festival.

Delhi Government Schools: The Delhi Education Department has released a schedule for its schools, with mid-term exams for Classes 3 to 12 scheduled from September 15 to October 10, 2025.

Result Declaration: For schools following the Delhi Education Department’s schedule, results are expected to be announced around October 18, 2025.

How to Check Your School’s Date Sheet:

Since a centralized schedule is not released, you should check for the date sheet through your school’s official channels. These typically include:

School Website or Digital Portal: This is the most common place for schools to post official notices and schedules.

School Notice Board: The schedule may be posted on the physical notice board.

School’s Communication App or WhatsApp Group: Many schools use these platforms to communicate with students and parents.

Class Teacher or School Administration: You can directly ask your teacher or the school office for the finalized schedule.
