New Delhi: Recently, a Russian family’s decision to settle in India made waves on social media. Now, an American tourist has gone viral after expressing his emotional attachment to the country, saying, “Modi Ji, I also want an Aadhaar card,” as he prepared to return home.
The tourist, named Gabruji, visited India for several days, exploring various parts of the country and experiencing its rich culture, food, and the warmth of the people firsthand. As his trip neared its end, he shared a video on social media, expressing his reluctance to leave.
“My name is Gabruji. Modi Ji, I want an Indian Aadhaar card. I have only eight hours left before returning to America. Even as I made this video, I couldn’t hold back my tears,” he said emotionally.
He also shared his admiration for Indian people: “Many think that because we are white, we have everything. But I feel that India has everything—culture, emotions, and humanity.”
Gabruji further spoke about the hospitality and charm he experienced during his visit: “India made me feel at home. The delicious street food, the kindness of strangers, the simplicity and generosity of people—it has all left a deep impression on me.”
