LPG Price hike by Rs 6 per cylinder: Know new rate your city

LPG Price hike: The government has given a shock to the common people. After the central budget, the price of LPG gas cylinders has increased again. The relief given by the government on the budget day has been withdrawn today.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Indian Oil increased the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 6. However, no change has been made in the price of 14 kg domestic gas cylinder. In Delhi, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder is now available at Rs 1,803, compared to Rs 1,797 in February.

Similarly, the price of a commercial cylinder has increased to Rs 1,913 in Kolkata from Rs 1,907 in February. In Mumbai, this cylinder is now available for Rs 1,755.50, while it was priced at Rs 1,749.50 in February. Its price has now risen to Rs 1,918 with a slight increase in Chennai as well.

There has been no change in domestic 14 kg LPG cylinder prices. In Delhi, this cylinder is fixed at Rs.803.

This is the lowest rise in commercial cylinder prices in the month of March. Last year, on March 1, 2024, one time Rs 26. This time the meagre compensation of Rs 7 in February has been almost eliminated by increasing it again by Rs 6.
