boltt ACE 5G and EVO Sales Start in India With Launch Offers
boltt has started sales of its new ACE 5G and EVO smartphones in India, bringing large batteries, high refresh rate displays, Android 16, and introductory discounts.
The first sale of boltt ACE 5G and boltt EVO has begun in India, giving buyers another pair of affordable smartphones to consider. Both models were introduced last week and are now available through Flipkart, with the company also offering an introductory discount on the first day of sales.
The ACE 5G is the more advanced model of the two and comes in three configurations. The 4GB RAM with 128GB storage version is priced at Rs 12,999, while the 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage costs Rs 13,999. The top 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 14,999.
The more affordable boltt EVO starts at Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version. Its 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 10,999. As part of the day one offer, boltt is providing a Rs 1,000 discount on both smartphones.
Display size is identical on the two models. Both smartphones feature a 6.79 inch LCD HD Plus display with a resolution of 720 by 1640 pixels. The panels have a 20 by 9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits of brightness. The higher refresh rate should make scrolling and everyday navigation feel smoother.
Battery capacity is another common feature. Both boltt smartphones pack a 6000mAh battery and support 18W fast charging. The large battery is aimed at users who prefer longer usage between charges, particularly for everyday calling, social media, streaming and browsing.
The hardware differs between the two phones. boltt ACE 5G is powered by the UniSoC T8200 chipset and offers up to 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. Storage can be expanded by up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The EVO 4G, meanwhile, uses the UniSoC T7250 processor and comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Its storage can also be expanded up to 1TB through a memory card. Both models run Android 16 out of the box.
The camera setup also separates the two devices. ACE 5G has a 64 megapixel primary rear camera with an F1.8 aperture, accompanied by a secondary camera. EVO 4G gets a 50 megapixel main rear camera along with a 2 megapixel macro camera.
For selfies and video calls, both smartphones feature an 8 megapixel front camera with an F2.0 aperture. The phones also offer a range of connectivity features, including 5G on the ACE 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, Wi Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and a USB Type C port.
The ACE 5G measures 170mm in length, 77.71mm in width and 8.5mm in thickness, with a listed weight of 233 grams. Its relatively large battery contributes to the overall size and weight of the handset.
With prices starting below Rs 10,000 for the EVO 4G and the ACE 5G entering the market at Rs 12,999, boltt is clearly targeting buyers who want sizeable batteries and modern software without moving into higher price categories. The Rs 1,000 introductory offer could make the launch pricing more attractive for early buyers.
The phones are available from today through Flipkart, while customers can choose between different RAM and storage configurations depending on their budget and requirements.
