Upcoming Smartphones With 10000mAh Batteries From Vivo Oppo And Xiaomi
Vivo Oppo Xiaomi and Poco are reportedly preparing smartphones with huge 10000mAh batteries aimed at users who want longer backup for gaming streaming work and everyday use.

Smartphone makers are pushing battery capacity to a new level as users increasingly expect their phones to last through demanding work, entertainment and gaming sessions. While 8000mAh and 9000mAh batteries are becoming more common, the next wave of devices could take the figure to 10000mAh.
Several upcoming models from brands including Vivo, Oppo, Redmi and Poco are reportedly being developed with extremely large batteries. Such phones could appeal to people who spend long hours watching videos, playing games, using navigation, attending online meetings or creating content.
Redmi Note 17 Pro Max
The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max is expected to arrive in the global market on August 27. Reports suggest that the phone could feature a 6.8 inch flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Powering the device could be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor, paired with a massive 10000mAh battery. The handset is also expected to support 100W fast charging.
On the camera front, the phone is reportedly being prepared with a 50MP primary rear camera and a 32MP front camera. It may also receive four major Android updates and six years of security support.
Oppo F35 Pro
Oppo is also reportedly working on the F35 Pro, which could make its debut towards the end of August. The device is tipped to feature a flat 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display.
A Snapdragon 4 series chipset could handle the processing duties, while photography may be led by a 50MP primary rear camera. The biggest talking point, however, is expected to be its 10000mAh battery.
The phone could support 80W fast charging, making the large battery more practical for users who do not want to spend long periods connected to a charger.
Vivo V80 Lite 5G
Vivo is reportedly preparing the V80 Lite 5G for a September 3 launch. The smartphone is expected to stand out with a 10000mAh battery, putting battery life at the centre of its specifications.
The handset could feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor. A secondary ultrawide camera is also expected. Earlier benchmark information has reportedly pointed to a 6GB RAM variant.
The phone could be offered in green and pink colour options, while the button layout is expected to follow a familiar design with the power and volume controls on the right side.
Poco X8 Power
The Poco X8 Power is another upcoming smartphone linked with a 10000mAh battery. Reports suggest it could feature a 6.83 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The display may also support 3840Hz PWM dimming and could be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. These features suggest that Poco may be targeting buyers looking for both endurance and a more premium viewing experience.
For photography, the phone is tipped to carry a 50MP primary camera paired with an 8MP secondary sensor. A 32MP front camera could handle selfies and video calls. The device may also receive IP68 and IP69 protection.
Why 10000mAh batteries matter
The move towards larger batteries reflects how much more users now depend on their smartphones. Streaming, gaming, photography, video calls and work applications can quickly drain a conventional battery.
A 10000mAh cell could offer considerably longer endurance, although actual battery life will still depend on the processor, display, software optimisation and how the phone is used.
It is important to note that the specifications and launch details mentioned for some of these upcoming smartphones are based on reports and leaks. Final features, pricing and availability will only be clear when the respective companies make official announcements.
