Sennheiser Launches Accentum Clip Open Ear Earbuds With 36 Hour Battery and Clip On Design

Sennheiser has expanded its audio lineup with the launch of the Accentum Clip, its first clip on open ear earbuds designed for users who prefer situational awareness along with music. Unlike traditional in ear models, these earbuds use a flexible hook mechanism that rests securely on the ear without silicone tips, making them more comfortable for long listening sessions.

The company has positioned these earbuds for users who want to enjoy audio while staying aware of their surroundings. Each earbud is lightweight at just 6.8 grams, while the complete package with the charging case weighs around 57 grams. Sennheiser has also given the device an IP54 rating, offering resistance against dust and light water splashes.

At the heart of the Accentum Clip are 12mm dynamic drivers supported by Sennheiser’s Dynamic Equalizer technology. This system automatically adjusts sound output based on volume levels, enhancing bass at lower volumes and balancing audio at higher levels for a more consistent listening experience. The earbuds also support SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs, enabling high resolution audio playback on compatible devices.

Battery performance is one of the key highlights of the product. The Accentum Clip delivers up to 36 hours of total battery life when combined with the charging case. It also supports fast charging, allowing users to quickly top up power when needed, which makes it suitable for travel and daily use.

Connectivity is handled through Bluetooth 6.0, offering improved stability and range. The earbuds also support multipoint connectivity, allowing users to connect to two devices simultaneously such as a smartphone and a laptop. This makes switching between calls and media playback more seamless.

Sennheiser has added environmental noise control features along with customization options for equalizer settings and control mapping. These features allow users to tailor the listening experience according to their personal preferences.

The Accentum Clip is available in two colour options, Cream White and Classic Black. It has been launched in the Chinese market with a price tag of 1499 yuan, which is approximately 20800 rupees. The earbuds are currently available through the official Sennheiser website and JD.com.
