Samsung has officially expanded its mid range smartphone lineup with the launch of the Galaxy Jump 5. The device arrives with a balanced mix of performance, battery life, and software support, targeting users who want a reliable daily driver with modern features.
The phone has been introduced in South Korea and carries a price tag of KRW 545600, which is roughly around 33500 rupees. It will be available in Black, Light Green, and Light Pink colour options. Sales are set to begin from July 3 through Samsung’s official website and KT Store listings.
On the front, the Galaxy Jump 5 features a 6.7 inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD Plus resolution. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling and a more responsive visual experience for everyday use and gaming.
Under the hood, Samsung has powered the device with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage. Users also get the option to expand storage further using a microSD card slot, which adds flexibility for media and app storage needs.
Camera performance is one of the key highlights of this device. The Galaxy Jump 5 comes with a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization. It is supported by a 5MP ultra wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. On the front, the phone includes a 12MP selfie camera designed for video calls and social media use.
Battery life is another strong point, with a 5000mAh unit powering the smartphone. Samsung has also included 25W wired fast charging support, allowing users to quickly top up the device when needed during busy schedules.
The software experience is equally important in this model. The Galaxy Jump 5 runs on Android 16 out of the box with One UI 8.5 on top. Samsung has also promised long term support with up to six years of Android updates, making it a future ready option in its segment.
