Prahlad Modi visits Puttur, participates in religious and community programmes

Puttur, : Prahlad Damodar Das Modi, the younger brother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, visited Puttur in Dakshina Kannada district on Sunday and participated in several religious and social programmes, drawing significant attention from members of the community and local leaders.
Prahlad Modi, who serves as the chief advisor of the Bharatiya Tailik Sahu Rathod Mahasabha, began his visit by offering special prayers at the revered Lakshmi Devi Temple. He performed rituals and sought blessings for the welfare, prosperity, and unity of the community. Temple authorities welcomed him and facilitated the special पूजा, during which he prayed for social harmony and collective progress.
Following the temple visit, Prahlad Modi proceeded to attend the district-level Ganiga Sangama programme held at Kotecha Hall in Puttur. The event witnessed the participation of community leaders, representatives, and members from various parts of the district. Organisers stated that the programme aimed to strengthen unity within the community and discuss key issues such as educational advancement, youth empowerment, and economic development.
