Presently Central Government employees are currently getting DA at the rate of 42 per cent. A reported 3-4 percent increase in DA results in a DA volume of 45-46 percent. It is expected that the central government will make an announcement in this regard during the festival itself. However, the central government has not yet made any announcement in this regard.

A great news for the Karnataka state government employees who are waiting for the 7th Pay Commission, the President of the State Government Employees Association CS Shadakshari said that the report of the 7th Commission will be submitted soon.

Speaking to reporters, he said that the 7th Pay Commission report is in the final stages of preparation. We have also brought this matter to the attention of CM Siddaramaiah. No extension of time allowed. He said there is time till November 17 and the report is likely to be submitted by then.

Now the State government employees association By law 2022 has undergone major changes. It has been stated that some of the sub-sections have been amended due to confusion.
