Bank Working Timing Change From Tomorrow: Know Changes before visit Bank
Due to the burden falling on the bank employees, the bank employees have been called not to work beyond the office hours with effect from tomorrow, October 1, 2023, to force the recruitment of vacant positions in the banks.
Another shock came at a time when bank employees were gearing up for a massive strike. Employees of the banking sector have come forward to make a huge change in the working hours of the banking sector. The banking employees’ organization itself has proposed to implement this new rule from October 1.
Accordingly, the All India Bank Employees Union has prepared for a strike to demand the appointment of sufficient number of employees in the banks. In the same context, the All India Bank Employees’ Association, which has accused them of putting unnecessary burden on them, has proposed a significant change in banking working hours with effect from tomorrow.

After all, the shortage of employees in the banks of the country was severe and there was an outcry from the beginning that the pressure on them was increasing. Therefore, the bank employees were insisting on filling up the vacant posts. Realizing that all this is not working out, the banking employees, who are angry, have now taken an important decision.
Thus, the bank employees are adamant that they will not work in the bank beyond the scheduled time from tomorrow. According to a circular issued by the ‘All India Bank Employees’ Association’, many bank branches are understaffed and have to work beyond normal office hours.
Despite this background insisting on proper filling of vacancies, the problem has arisen because the bank management boards have not come forward. There is also outrage that more work load is falling on the existing employees.
Due to the burden falling on the bank employees, the bank employees have been called not to work beyond the office hours with effect from tomorrow, October 1, 2023, to force the recruitment of vacant positions in the banks. Accordingly all members of AIBEA have been called upon not to work beyond the regular office hours of 9.45 am to 4.45 pm.

All the unions should inform all the members of all the branches about the decision taken in this regard. And it is hereby informed that all branches & members shall implement this decision. Thus, the employees have proposed a major change in banking working hours to be implemented from tomorrow. Although this does not directly affect the consumers, it will indirectly cause problems.
Overall, a big change is certain in the banking sector. Especially, the request made by the bank employees to fulfill their demand has not been worked out. Therefore, bank employees are ready to tread the tough road so that customers will face problems almost guaranteed.
