Infinix Note 60 Pro Set for India Launch with Innovative Active Matrix Rear Display

Launching on April 13 in India, Infinix Note 60 Pro features a triple rear camera setup, 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, dual SIM support, and high-speed wired and wireless charging capabilities

Infinix is preparing to launch its latest smartphone, the Infinix Note 60 Pro, in India on April 13. The handset has already been listed on the company’s international website, highlighting several standout features including a unique Active Matrix display on its rear panel. Flipkart has also created a dedicated microsite for the upcoming device, signaling a major online push for the launch.

The Note 60 Pro comes equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display offering a 1.5K resolution of 1,208 by 2,644 pixels, a 144 Hz refresh rate, 240 Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i ensures the screen is protected against scratches and damage. Dual SIM support further enhances the device’s usability.

On the rear, the smartphone features a triple camera system. The primary camera is a 50-megapixel sensor with f/1.59 aperture and optical image stabilization support. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture complements it, while a 13-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls, supporting 4K video recording at 30 fps.

The Note 60 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset paired with an Adreno A810 GPU and runs XOS 16 based on Android 16. The rear Active Matrix display, reminiscent of the Glyph Matrix interface seen in Nothing phones, can show notifications and other information through a series of LEDs.

Battery performance is also a highlight, with a 6,500 mAh unit supporting 90-watt wired charging and 30-watt wireless fast charging. This comes shortly after Infinix launched the Note 60 Ultra last month, which features a 7,000 mAh battery, 200-megapixel primary camera, and MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset. The Note 60 Ultra was designed in collaboration with Italian design firm Pininfarina.

The Infinix Note 60 Pro combines advanced display technology, high-resolution cameras, and fast charging to deliver a feature-rich experience, aiming to attract both tech enthusiasts and everyday users looking for a premium yet affordable smartphone.
