Karwar MLA’s daughter Sadhvi Sail wins Femina Miss India title

Bhubaneswar : Sadhvi Sail, daughter of Karwar legislator Satish Sail, has been crowned Femina Miss India 2026, bringing laurels to Karnataka. The prestigious event was held at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology in Bhubaneswar.
Representing Goa, Sadhvi emerged victorious among contestants from 30 states across the country. Rajnandini Pawar from Maharashtra secured the first runner-up position, while Shri Advaita from Jammu and Kashmir finished second runner-up.
The crown was presented to Sadhvi by former titleholder Nikita Porwal. Her win also qualifies her to represent India at the Miss World 2027 competition. The grand finale was hosted by Maniesh Paul and Sarah Jane Dias.
Sadhvi impressed the judges with her performance across multiple rounds, particularly during the final Q&A session, where her thoughtful and confident responses stood out. She dazzled on stage in a silver-black gown paired with elegant jewellery.
Reacting to her victory, Sadhvi said the achievement felt “unreal” and thanked everyone who supported her journey. She advised young aspirants to remain confident and not compare themselves to others.
Apart from her pageant success, Sadhvi is a well-educated entrepreneur with a degree in economics and international relations from Canada. Known for her linguistic skills, she speaks seven languages and manages a production company. She is also involved in creative pursuits and social initiatives, particularly in promoting nutrition awareness among children.
Her win underscores her multifaceted talent and marks a proud moment for Karnataka on the national stage.
