The city’s AQI is around 62 today, putting it in the moderate category, with particulate matter among the main pollutants being monitored. For most healthy people, an AQI at this level does not usually mean major restrictions on normal daily activities. However, children, older adults and people with existing breathing or heart related conditions may want to avoid spending long periods outdoors when pollution levels rise.
