Serial blast in Pakistan’s Balochistan province: 5 killed, 10 injured

The News International newspaper reported on Sunday that five people were killed and 10 injured in a series of blasts in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. “Five killed, 10 injured in multiple explosions in Balochistan,” Pakistan’s The News said in a tweet. On Sunday, four people were injured in a grenade blast on Quetta’s Sabjal Road.

According to Quetta police, two hand grenades were thrown on the road, one of which exploded and the other was defused. Quetta Police said they are determining the nature of the blast. Condemning the incident, Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo asked the police chief to make security arrangements more effective in the city. Pakistan has faced various terrorist attacks in the past few weeks.
