POCSO case: Allegation confirmed against Muruga Sri and two others – Chitradurga SP

Chitradurga Superintendent of Police Parasuram said that the investigation has been partially completed and the charge sheet has been submitted.Investigator Anil submitted the charge sheet on October 27. The chargesheet has been submitted to the 2nd Additional Sessions Court. The CC number of the charge sheet is pending.

Meanwhile, A1 Dr. Chitradurga SP said that the charges against Shivamurthy Muruga Sharan, A2 Warden Rashmi and A4 Paramashivaiah have been confirmed. However, no evidence is available for the allegations against A3 Math’s heir and A5 Gangadharaiah. Investigation is underway and evidence is being collected. He clarified that they will collect evidence and submit the final charge sheet.

2nd FOXO case investigated:

Investigating Officer DySP Anil has filed charge sheet in 2nd Additional District & Sessions Court on 27/10/2022. A victim statement has already been recorded in the 2nd FOXO case against Murughashree of Chitradurga. The statements of the parents of the victims were also recorded. A1 Murughashree was taken into custody and interrogated. He said that based on the statement of the victims, we have obtained the statement of some girls.

More than 15 children accused of sexual abuse by Murughashree:

More than 15 children have been accused of sexual abuse by Murughashree. We have called Stanley of the partner organization and asked for information. We have informed that we will investigate if the information of the victims is provided. We have requested to conduct an investigation in collaboration with the sister organization, Child Welfare Committee.
