Hassan: Three friends who were taking him on a trip to Chikkamagaluru and consumed oil and ganja in the thick forest area were brutally killed with a machete by their friends who were accompanying them. He has been rowdy since Hassan’s college days. Fifteen years ago, Hassan was attacked by a group of people near slater’s Hall in Nagar and had escaped with his life. Rowdism was rampant again. Preetham and Keerthy were with him. But Santosh Alias was the main accused in many cases. Later, on February 9, they went on a trip to Chikkamagaluru in a swift desire car. At that time, the three friends, who were accompanying the notorious rowdy-sheeter, were intoxicated with oil and ganja.
After Santhosh did not come home, the family members lodged a complaint with the Hassan Barangay police station. After the family members came to know that the three had gone on a trip, Preetham Gowda’s (25) friend, Keerti, was arrested and revealed that he had killed and buried the two. Later, it was reported that Preetam Gowda (25), a friend of the murder accused, Keerthi, was taken into custody.
