Dharmasthala Case: Police have issued a notice to YouTuber M.D. Sameer to appear for investigation today, August 24, 2025, in connection with the Dharmasthala case. If Sameer fail to attend investigation today Police may arrest M D Sameer anytime.

Sameer was recently granted anticipatory bail by a court in Mangaluru on August 21, 2025. This means he cannot be arrested immediately, but is required to cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

Following the court’s order, police issued a notice to Sameer to attend the interrogation. This notice was reportedly posted at his residence in Ballari.

The charges against Sameer stem from a video he uploaded on his YouTube channel that allegedly contained fabricated and misleading information about the Dharmasthala case, specifically the mass burial allegations.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is examining his role in the case as part of their broader probe. The court, while granting bail, directed him to cooperate with the investigation and refrain from making inflammatory statements.
