Brahmavar Double Murder: A shocking incident has been reported from Baikady village in Brahmavar taluk of Udupi district, where a 31-year-old man is suspected of murdering his parents. The gruesome crime has left local residents in shock.
The deceased have been identified as Mehboob and his wife Shamsad Begum, residents of Gandhinagar Brahmavar Taluk Udupi districts. Police suspect that their son, Shahid Ali (31), was responsible for the double murder.
According to preliminary information, the couple is believed to have been fatally assaulted with a hammer, suffering severe head injuries. Upon receiving information about the incident, Brahmavar Police rushed to the spot and began an investigation.
The exact motive behind the murders is yet to be established. Reports suggest that the suspect, Shahid Ali, has been taken into custody, and police are investigating all possible angles, including family disputes.
