Bengaluru-based proptech startup House of Hancet 108 plans national expansion

Bengaluru : Bengaluru-based proptech startup House of Hancet 108 has announced plans to expand its operations across major Indian cities as it looks to scale its technology-driven design and construction model amid rising demand for organised home-building solutions.

Currently operating in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mysuru, the startup aims to gradually extend its services to other urban markets by leveraging digital planning systems, structured execution processes and factory-supported production.

Founded with the goal of addressing inefficiencies in India’s residential construction sector, House of Hancet 108 provides integrated architecture, interior design and construction services under a single framework. The company’s model focuses on combining technology, design expertise and coordinated project management to simplify the home construction experience for customers.

According to the company, the residential construction ecosystem in India remains highly fragmented, often forcing homeowners to deal with multiple contractors, architects and interior designers separately. This approach frequently leads to delays, cost overruns and lack of accountability.

“Our objective is to bring structure and predictability into home construction,” said Sandeep, Group CEO of House of Hancet 108. “By using technology-enabled planning tools, standardised workflows and coordinated execution, we aim to make the process more transparent, efficient and customer-friendly.”

The startup currently caters primarily to urban homeowners who are building new houses, undertaking renovations or planning interior fit-outs. With increasing demand for turnkey services and professionally managed projects, the company sees strong potential for growth in multiple cities.

Instead of expanding like a conventional architecture or interior design studio, the company plans to scale its process-led model across markets. This includes digital project monitoring, centralised coordination and standardised quality control systems designed to ensure consistency in delivery across locations.

Industry observers say the move reflects a broader transformation taking place in India’s property technology sector, where startups are increasingly using technology to organise and streamline traditional real estate services.

As India’s proptech ecosystem continues to evolve, House of Hancet 108 hopes to play a role in modernising home construction by integrating technology with design and project execution.

The company believes that a structured approach backed by digital tools can significantly improve project timelines, cost control and overall customer experience in residential construction.

With urban housing demand continuing to grow in India, the startup’s planned expansion signals rising interest in tech-driven solutions that can bring greater efficiency and transparency to the country’s home-building sector.
