Power cut today in these places in Bangalore
Power cut: The Bengaluru Electricity Supply Department has informed that there will be a disruption in power supply from 11 am to 4 pm today to carry out emergency maintenance work at BESCOM Hennur MUSS -66KV Substation.
A scheduled 5-hour power cut is announced for today, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in several parts of Bengaluru. The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) has stated the outage is due to emergency maintenance work at a local sub-station.

There will be power outages in Hennur Bande, Samudrika Enclave, Grace Garden, Christu Jayanti College, K. Narayanpur, Bilishivale, Asha Township, Maruti Township, Nagaragiri Township, BDS Garden, Kothanur, Patel Ramaiah Layout, CSI Gate, Bairati Cross, Bairati Village, Geddalahalli, Blessing Garden, Mantri Apartment, Hiremath Layout.
Trinity Fortune, Michael School, BHK Industries, Janakiram Layout, Vaddarapalya, Doddagubbi Cross, Kuvempu Layout, Sangam Enclave, Bairati Bande, Nakshatra Layout, Thimmegowda Layout, Prakash Garden and surrounding areas. Residents in these areas are advised to plan accordingly.
