Shilpa Shetty owned Bastian Bandra restaurant will close from tomorrow

Shilpa Shetty: The Bastian Bandra restaurant, co-owned by actress Shilpa Shetty, will be closing permanently on tomorrow Thursday, September 4. The announcement was made by Shilpa Shetty on her social media. While the Bandra location is shutting down, the other location, Bastian at the Top, will remain open and continue the brand’s legacy.

Unfortunately, Bastian Bandra has permanently closed its doors. The final day of operation was Thursday, September 4, 2025. According to reports, the closure comes amidst fraud allegations against the owners, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra.

While the Bandra location is now closed, the Bastian brand continues to operate. Bastian At The Top remains open. It is located on the 48th floor of the Kohinoor Square building in Dadar West, Mumbai.

The brand has also expanded with other branches, including Bastian Garden City in Bengaluru and Bastian Empire in Pune. A new South Indian restaurant called Ammakai is set to open in the former Bastian Bandra location by mid-October.

Bastian Bandra was a highly popular restaurant known for its seafood and artistic interiors. It first opened in 2016 and was a favorite spot for many celebrities.
