Cyclone Alert: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of light to moderate rainfall in Karnataka over the next four days. The IMD has warned of heavy rainfall on April 4, 5, and 6, leading to a yellow alert for several key districts, according to weather scientist C S Patil. Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Bagalkot, Belgaum, Bidar, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, Kalaburagi, Koppal, Vijayapura, Chitradurga, Chikkamagaluru, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hassan, Kodagu, Mysore, Shimoga and Tumkur districts will be at least one to three days. The India meteorological department has forecast that there will be widespread rainfall, including hail.
