The special service will operate four round trips between October 4 and October 25, offering devotees a convenient travel option during one of the busiest pilgrimage periods of the year.

With a series of holidays during Dasara, a large number of devotees are expected to visit the Tirumala temple. The special train services are aimed at providing additional travel convenience and reducing passenger congestion.

Tirupati–Vijayapura Special Train Schedule:

Train No. 07419 Tirupati–Vijayapura Weekly Special Express will operate every Sunday from October 4 to October 25. The train will depart Tirupati at 8:15 a.m. and arrive at Vijayapura at 10:25 p.m. on the same day, offering a convenient travel option for pilgrims visiting Tirupati.

Stoppages of the Special Train:

The Tirupati–Vijayapura Weekly Special Express will halt at Renigunta, Koduru, Rajampet, Kadapa, Yerraguntla, Tadipatri, Gooty, Guntakal, Ballari, Toranagallu, Hosapete, Koppal, Gadag, Hole Alur, Badami, Bagalkote, Almatti, and Basavana Bagewadi Road stations.

TTD Clarifies Rs 300 Special Darshan Ticket Booking Process:

Meanwhile, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has issued a clarification regarding the online booking of Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan tickets, following confusion among devotees. TTD stated that the tickets are in extremely high demand and urged devotees not to rely on unofficial websites, warning that they could fall victim to fraud.

To efficiently handle the heavy volume of online traffic, TTD is using Google Cloud Platform along with advanced technologies such as load balancing, auto-scaling, distributed application architecture, and horizontal scaling to ensure uninterrupted ticket booking services.

According to TTD, the Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan tickets are often sold out within minutes of release due to overwhelming demand. During the online booking window, nearly 600,000 users log in simultaneously. With each user attempting to book tickets for an average of four family members, the system faces a demand for approximately 2.4 million tickets at the same time.
