Namma Metro Revises Train Timings for October 3 Long Weekend
Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced an extension of Namma Metro train services on Saturday, October 3, to help manage the expected surge in passenger traffic.

In view of the long weekend and the increased movement of people travelling out of Bengaluru and attending various events, Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced an extension of Namma Metro train services on Saturday, October 3, to help manage the expected surge in passenger traffic.
The metro operator has also requested commuters to cooperate with metro and security personnel to ensure smooth and safe operations during the extended service hours.
BMRCL shared the announcement through a post on X, along with the revised timings for the last trains departing from the terminal stations across all three metro corridors.
Purple Line: The last train from Whitefield (Kadugodi) will depart at 12:00 a.m., while the last train from Challaghatta will leave at 12:20 a.m.
Green Line: The last train from Madavara will depart at 12:15 a.m., while the last train from Silk Institute will leave at 12:20 a.m.
Yellow Line: The last train from R.V. Road will depart at 1:15 a.m., while the last train from Delta Electronics Bommasandra will leave at 11:55 p.m.
Additionally, the last connecting train from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station (Majestic) will depart at 12:55 a.m. To avoid long queues at ticket counters, BMRCL has advised passengers to use QR tickets, Smart Cards, or National Common Mobility Cards (NCMC) for seamless travel.
