Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited online applications for 470 various Executive posts. Recruitment will be conducted through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for positions including Graduate Engineer, Marketing Officer, Law Officer, Assistant Quality Control Officer, and Diploma Engineer. Indian Oil Recruitment 2026: Posts and Age Limit (as on July 1, 2026)

Graduate Engineer & Diploma Engineer: Maximum 26 years

Marketing Officer: Maximum 28 years

Law Officer & Assistant Quality Control Officer: Maximum 30 years

Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per government norms.

Indian Oil Recruitment 2026 Work Experience:

Law Officer:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of legal practice or work experience as of June 30, 2026, in courts, tribunals, law firms, or government/private organizations.

Assistant Quality Control Officer:

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, R&D, or quality control in the petroleum, petrochemical industry, or an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Indian Oil Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:

Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 multiple-choice questions carrying 100 marks.

Section A: Aptitude, Reasoning, and English

Section B: Subject-specific knowledge

Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Weightage: 85%

Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT): 5% weightage

Personal Interview: 10% weightage

Indian Oil Recruitment 2026 Salary Structure:

Grade A

Basic Pay: Rs 50,000

Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000

Approximate Annual CTC: Rs 18.4 lakh

Grade A0

Basic Pay: Rs 40,000

Pay Scale: Rs 40,000 – Rs 1,40,000

Approximate Annual CTC: Rs 14.8 lakh

Grade E0

Basic Pay: Rs 30,000

Pay Scale: Rs 30,000 – Rs 1,20,000

Approximate Annual CTC: Rs 11.1 lakh

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical benefits, Provident Fund (PF), and other applicable allowances.
