XElectron Techno Plus Projector Brings 200 Inch Home Cinema For Rs 8499

XElectron has entered the affordable home entertainment segment with its new Techno Plus Android 14 Smart Home Projector. Priced at Rs 8499, the device is aimed at users who want a large screen experience without spending heavily on a smart television.

The projector can create a screen of up to 200 inches, making it suitable for movies, web series, sports and casual gaming. Its native resolution is 1920 by 1080 pixels, while the device can also support 4K content.

One of the more interesting features is the 180 degree rotating design. Users can adjust the projection direction according to their room setup, including projecting content onto a wall or ceiling. Auto Keystone Correction is also included to help keep the projected image properly aligned.

For streaming, the projector runs on Android 14 and supports several popular platforms, including Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5 and SonyLIV. This could reduce the need for an additional streaming stick, depending on the apps and services supported on the device.

XElectron claims a brightness rating of 9000 lumens and a dynamic contrast ratio of 5000 to 1. The projector uses an LED light source, which the company says can last for up to 50000 hours. The large projection size and Full HD native resolution are likely to be the main attractions for buyers looking for an affordable home cinema setup.

Connectivity is another focus area. The Techno Plus comes with dual band WiFi 6 supporting 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
