Xiaomi Launches New Energy Saving Air Conditioner with Smart Cooling Technology and Strong Compressor

New Mijia Super Energy Saving AC 2026 model arrives with intelligent power saving system, powerful compressor, smart connectivity and quiet performance aimed at efficient year round cooling comfort

Xiaomi has expanded its home appliance lineup with the launch of a new energy efficient cooling solution under its popular Mijia series. The latest model, Mijia Super Energy Saving AC 2026, focuses on reducing electricity consumption while maintaining strong and consistent cooling performance for modern households.

The air conditioner has been designed with a simple and clean aesthetic, fitting easily into contemporary interiors. At the core of its efficiency is the Lingyun intelligent energy saving algorithm, which is engineered to optimize power usage based on real time cooling needs. This system allows the device to adjust its performance dynamically, ensuring better energy control without compromising comfort.

Xiaomi has equipped the unit with a 9.8cc compressor that delivers a cooling capacity of 2670W. The output can be adjusted within a wide range from 150W up to 4650W depending on room conditions. A cross flow fan system enhances air distribution, pushing air at a rate of 740 cubic meters per hour to ensure faster cooling across larger spaces.

Air circulation has also been improved through vertical and horizontal swing modes, helping distribute air evenly throughout the room. This ensures that cooling is not limited to one area but reaches every corner more effectively, improving overall comfort during hot conditions.

Beyond cooling performance, the device also includes self cleaning functionality. This feature is designed to reduce bacterial buildup inside the unit and maintain hygiene over long term use. It helps ensure cleaner airflow while also reducing maintenance requirements for users.

On the technology side, the AC supports HyperOS Connect, enabling smart automation and integration with other connected devices. It also includes cloud based maintenance support and OTA software updates, allowing the system to improve over time without manual intervention.

Noise levels have been carefully optimized to ensure a quiet experience. The indoor unit operates at around 18dB, making it suitable for bedrooms and study areas, while the outdoor unit runs at approximately 50dB. The compact indoor design measures 795 x 310 x 205 mm and weighs 9.5 kg, while the outdoor unit is larger at 813 x 560 x 311 mm with a weight of 22 kg.

The new AC has been launched at a price of 1699 yuan, which is roughly around 23000 rupees. It is currently available for purchase through online platforms such as JD.com.

With rising temperatures and increasing focus on energy efficiency, Xiaomiโ€™s latest air conditioner aims to offer a balance between smart technology, cost saving performance and everyday comfort for users looking for modern cooling solutions.
