Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE Set for India Launch as Flipkart Listings Go Live
Upcoming Vivo smartphones X300 Ultra and X300 FE are expected to arrive in India soon with premium cameras, powerful processors, and flagship features, as Flipkart microsites hint at early availability and design details

The Indian smartphone market is gearing up for another major launch as Vivo prepares to bring its latest X series devices to the country. The Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE have been confirmed for India, and early listings on Flipkart suggest that their arrival could be just around the corner.
Interestingly, dedicated microsites for both smartphones have already gone live on Vivo’s official website as well as Flipkart. These early pages not only confirm their availability but also hint that the design language will remain close to the Chinese variants. This move has sparked curiosity among smartphone enthusiasts who are waiting for premium upgrades in the flagship segment.
Among the two, the Vivo X300 Ultra stands out as the more powerful model. It was recently showcased at the Mobile World Congress and has already been introduced in China alongside the X300s variant. The Ultra version is expected to feature a large 6.82 inch LTPO OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it suitable for both gaming and multimedia consumption.
Performance is expected to be a key highlight, with the device reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with Adreno 840 graphics. It may come with up to 16GB of RAM and storage options reaching 1TB, running on Android 16 based OriginOS 6. This combination positions it firmly in the premium flagship category.
Camera capabilities appear to be one of the strongest selling points. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 200 megapixel main sensor, a 200 megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and a 50 megapixel ultra wide camera. On the front, users may get a 50 megapixel selfie camera equipped with screen flash support for low light photography.
Adding to its photography appeal, the Ultra model will reportedly support an external telephoto conversion kit, enhancing zoom capabilities for professional style shots. The rear camera system is also tuned by Zeiss, which is known for improving color accuracy and image sharpness.
Battery life is another major highlight, with the device expected to house a massive 7000mAh battery. It supports 100W wired fast charging along with 40W wireless charging, aiming to reduce downtime significantly despite its large capacity. Security features include an in display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster and more secure unlocking.
Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 FE offers a slightly toned down but still powerful experience. It was earlier introduced in Russia and is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. The device is also said to pack a 6500mAh battery, making it a strong mid premium option within the lineup.
Both smartphones are expected to feature triple rear camera systems and carry forward Vivo’s focus on design consistency and photography excellence. With Flipkart already teasing their arrival, the official India launch announcement could come soon, setting the stage for a competitive battle in the premium smartphone segment.
