Vivo is gearing up to expand its X series lineup, and the upcoming Vivo X300 FE has already started making headlines ahead of its official launch. Fresh leaks have revealed almost every major detail of the device, giving a clear idea of what users can expect from this compact flagship inspired smartphone.

The phone is said to feature a 6.31 inch display, designed for users who prefer a smaller yet premium form factor. It is expected to come with a 1.5K resolution OLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and vibrant visuals. The display may also reach up to 1800 nits of peak brightness, making it usable even under bright outdoor conditions.

Performance appears to be one of the strongest highlights of the Vivo X300 FE. The device is likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 series flagship chipset, paired with Adreno GPU for high end graphics performance. It is also expected to come with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, which should help in delivering faster multitasking and improved app loading speeds.

On the software side, the smartphone is tipped to launch with Android 16 out of the box, layered with OriginOS 6. This combination suggests a modern user experience with a focus on smooth animations and AI driven features.

Camera performance seems to be another major focus of the device. The Vivo X300 FE is expected to carry a 50 megapixel primary camera using the Sony IMX921 sensor with optical image stabilization. Alongside this, a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto lens featuring the Sony IMX882 sensor may offer 3X optical zoom, making it suitable for detailed portrait and zoom photography. For selfies and video calls, a Samsung JN1 front camera sensor is likely to be included.

Battery life is expected to be impressive, with the phone reportedly packing a large 6500mAh battery. It may support 90W wired fast charging along with 40W wireless charging, giving users flexible charging options throughout the day. Despite the large battery, the device is said to maintain a slim profile with a thickness of around 8.1mm and a weight close to 190 grams.

In terms of design and durability, the smartphone may feature a metal frame along with stereo speakers for an enhanced audio experience. It is also expected to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering strong resistance against dust and water exposure, which adds to its premium positioning.

Connectivity features include Bluetooth 6.0 support and a USB Type C port for charging and data transfer. Security is expected to be handled by a 3D ultrasonic in display fingerprint sensor, which is typically seen in high end smartphones.

Color options for the Vivo X300 FE are likely to include Moonlight White, Cool Purple and Graphite Black, giving users a mix of subtle and bold finishes. While the company has not officially confirmed the launch date yet, the leaked specifications suggest that the device is nearly ready for its debut and could attract strong attention in the compact flagship segment.
