Vivo X300 E Debuts With Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and Massive 7200mAh Battery

Vivo has officially expanded its flagship smartphone lineup in China with the launch of the new Vivo X300 E. Designed for premium smartphone users, the device combines top tier hardware with a large battery, advanced camera system and high refresh rate display. With flagship specifications across every department, the smartphone is positioned as a strong competitor in the high end segment.

The Vivo X300 E is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, built on an advanced 3nm manufacturing process. It is paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and offers storage options of up to 512GB using fast UFS 4.1 technology. Running Android 16 based OriginOS 6, the phone promises a smooth software experience with improved performance and efficient multitasking.

One of the biggest highlights of the smartphone is its massive 7200mAh battery. Vivo has paired it with 90W wired fast charging support, allowing users to recharge quickly while enjoying extended battery life throughout the day. The device is aimed at heavy users who rely on long lasting power for gaming, streaming and productivity.

The smartphone features a 6.59 inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 1260 x 2750 pixels. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate for fluid scrolling and gaming, while delivering peak brightness of up to 5000 nits for excellent outdoor visibility. Security features include a 3D ultrasonic in display fingerprint scanner along with face unlock support for quick and secure access.

Photography is another major focus of the Vivo X300 E. The handset comes equipped with a Zeiss tuned triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization for stable and detailed photos. It is accompanied by a 50MP telephoto camera capable of up to 100x digital zoom and an 8MP ultra wide lens for capturing expansive scenes. On the front, Vivo has included a 50MP selfie camera designed for high quality portraits and video calls.

For connectivity, the Vivo X300 E includes support for 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type C, GPS, NavIC and an IR blaster. The smartphone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering enhanced protection against dust and water. Despite housing a large battery, the phone maintains a slim profile with a thickness of 7.79mm and weighs approximately 199.5 grams.

Vivo has launched the smartphone in three color options including Chen Yehei, Moonlight White and Sunlight Orange. The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at CNY 4799, while the 12GB and 512GB variant costs CNY 5299. Sales in China are scheduled to begin on July 31 through Vivo’s official online store.
