UPI Users good news here: New facilities available now
The 'Hello UPI' feature allows UPI payments to be made via voice over apps, phone calls and IoT (Internet of Things) devices in Hindi and English. This facility will soon be available in other regional languages.
Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikant Das has given good news to UPI users and has released new features related to UPI, from now on many facilities will be available to UPI users.
The ‘Hello UPI’ feature allows UPI payments to be made via voice over apps, phone calls and IoT (Internet of Things) devices in Hindi and English. This facility will soon be available in other regional languages.
On behalf of NPCI, it was said that the ‘credit line’ facility in UPI will allow customers to take pre-approved loans from banks through it. Moreover, customers will be able to transact rupees offline using another product ‘Lite X’. Soon it will be available in other regional languages as well. NPCI said the credit line facility of UPI will enable customers to avail pre-approved loans from banks through UPI.

Now can send and receive money offline:
Users will be able to send and receive money offline using Lite X.Along with the Scan and Pay system, the UPI Tap and Pay facility allows customers to tap Near Field Communication – (NFC) enabled QR codes at merchant locations to make payments. Moreover, funds can also be withdrawn through UPI. A UPI ATM machine has also arrived. You will be able to withdraw money through the country’s first UPI ATM machine. The UPI ATM with Draw machine was showcased for the first time at the Global FinTech Fest.
