Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Sees Major Price Drop in India Making Flagships More Accessible
Samsung reduces prices across its Galaxy S25 lineup in India as premium smartphones become more affordable with updated listings on major online platforms and official retail channels

Samsung has revised the pricing of its flagship lineup in India, bringing a noticeable drop in the cost of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. The updated prices are now live across e commerce platforms and the company’s official website, making the premium devices more accessible to a wider audience.
The price adjustment includes multiple models in the series. The Galaxy S25 with 128GB storage is now available at Rs 56999, while the 256GB variant is priced at Rs 62999. The Galaxy S25 FE has also seen a reduction, with its 128GB model listed at Rs 44999. At the top end, the Galaxy S25 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is now available at Rs 99999.
These revised prices are lower compared to the original launch tags and can currently be seen on platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Samsung India’s official store. However, the company has not clarified whether this reduction is permanent or part of a limited time promotional offer, leaving some uncertainty for buyers.
In many cases, smartphone brands reduce prices when newer models are introduced or when the product cycle moves forward. Industry observers suggest that the arrival of newer flagship generations may have influenced this pricing update, although Samsung has not officially confirmed any direct connection.
Meanwhile, attention in the premium segment is also shifting toward newer models such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 series. Reports indicate that the Galaxy S26 lineup has already been introduced in global markets, which could be one of the reasons behind the price adjustment in older flagship models.
The Galaxy S26 series is positioned at a higher price tier, with multiple configurations across storage and RAM options. For instance, different variants of the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra are priced significantly higher, reflecting their upgraded hardware and features compared to the S25 generation.
With the revised pricing, Samsung appears to be strengthening its position in the competitive premium smartphone segment in India. The Galaxy S25 series, once considered a high cost flagship range, is now entering a more aggressive price bracket that could attract buyers who were previously waiting for a more affordable entry into Samsung’s premium ecosystem.
