Oppo F33 Pro 5G has launched in India with a 7000mAh battery, 80W fast charging, 50MP dual cameras, AMOLED display and Android 16 based ColorOS 16 targeting the competitive mid range smartphone segment

Oppo has expanded its F series in India with the launch of the Oppo F33 Pro 5G, a smartphone designed to balance performance, battery life and camera capabilities. The device arrives alongside the standard Oppo F33 5G and aims to strengthen Oppo’s presence in the mid range 5G segment where competition continues to grow rapidly.
The new smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chipset built on a 6nm process, paired with Mali G57 MC2 graphics. It comes with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, offering a smooth experience for daily multitasking and entertainment use. On the software side, the phone runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, giving users a refreshed interface with improved system optimization.
Interestingly, Oppo has also focused heavily on durability this time. The F33 Pro 5G carries IP66, IP68 and IP69K ratings, making it highly resistant to dust and water exposure. The device also features a slim 8.3mm profile and weighs 194 grams, keeping it relatively comfortable despite its large battery size.
The display on the Oppo F33 Pro 5G is a 6.57 inch Full HD plus AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1400 nits peak brightness. This ensures smooth visuals and better outdoor visibility, especially for users who consume a lot of video content or play games on their smartphones.
Camera performance is one of the major highlights of this device. It features a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with f 1.8 aperture, autofocus and a wide 76 degree field of view. On the front, the phone also carries a 50MP selfie camera designed for high quality photos and video calls, making it a strong option for content creators and social media users.
Powering all these features is a massive 7000mAh battery, which is one of the largest in its category. The phone supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, allowing users to quickly recharge and stay connected throughout the day. Connectivity options include Wi Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4, along with an in display fingerprint sensor for security.
In terms of pricing, the Oppo F33 Pro 5G is available in two variants. The 8GB plus 128GB model is priced at 37999 rupees, while the 8GB plus 256GB version costs 40999 rupees. The phone is available through Flipkart, Oppo’s official online store, Amazon and offline retail channels in Misty Forest, Passion Red and Starry Blue color options.
To attract early buyers, Oppo is offering several launch benefits including instant bank cashback, UPI based discounts, zero down payment options for up to 12 months and discounted pricing on Enco Buds3 Pro plus during pre orders. Overall, the Oppo F33 Pro 5G positions itself as a strong mid range contender focused on battery endurance, camera quality and durable design.
