Lumio expands its smart television portfolio in India with new models offering high refresh rate displays, improved storage, powerful audio systems and AI based content discovery for modern home entertainment needs

Lumio has refreshed its smart TV lineup in India with the introduction of the Lumio Vision 9 2026 and Lumio Vision 7 2026 series, bringing a mix of premium and mid range options for buyers. The latest models focus on delivering better picture quality, smoother performance and smarter features for everyday viewing.

The flagship Lumio Vision 9 2026 stands out with its advanced display technology and performance upgrades. It features a QD MiniLED panel with EVA technology, capable of reaching up to 800 nits of peak brightness. The television supports Dolby Vision and a wide color gamut, ensuring vibrant and detailed visuals. It also offers native 4K resolution at 144Hz and can scale up to 240Hz at 1080p, making it a strong option for gaming enthusiasts with support for VRR and ALLM.

Powering the premium model is the MediaTek Pentonic 700 chipset, paired with 3GB DDR4 RAM and faster onboard storage. This combination is designed to provide smoother navigation, quick app switching and an overall lag free experience. On the audio side, the Vision 9 2026 includes a 50W DGS 2.2 sound system featuring a hexa driver setup, dual subwoofers and Dolby Atmos support, aiming to create an immersive sound environment.

The smart TV runs on Android 14 and integrates Lumio’s TLDR 2.0 platform, which uses artificial intelligence to recommend trending content and personalize suggestions. The company has also introduced Project Neo, a feature that allows users to control the television through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram by sending simple text commands or content links. This feature is expected to roll out to all compatible devices later this year.

On the other hand, the Lumio Vision 7 2026 series is designed to cater to more budget conscious buyers while still offering notable upgrades. It now comes with up to 64GB of internal storage, which the company claims is double compared to previous models. The inclusion of a satellite port allows users to access free television channels through DD Free Dish, offering access to hundreds of channels without additional subscription costs.

In terms of pricing, the Vision 9 2026 65 inch variant is priced at 72999, with offers bringing the effective price down to around 64999. The 55 inch version is expected to arrive in May, while the 65 inch model will go on sale from April 24 via major online platforms.

The Vision 7 2026 series is more affordable, with the 43 inch model priced at 29999 and the 55 inch variant at 39999. Both models will also be available from April 24 through online retailers. Lumio is offering a two year warranty on both series, adding extra value for buyers.

With a combination of high refresh rate displays, improved storage options and smart AI features, Lumio is aiming to strengthen its position in the competitive smart TV market while appealing to a wide range of users.
